Fairchild, G.H. 1928. Planters and Centrals should join the Philippine Sugar Association (PSA) and contribute to the financial support of an agricultural program. To date, the activities of the (PSA) have been restricted to laying the foundations for a larger and more effective campaign to place the industry in an intense worldwide competition in sugar production.
