The Kenana Sugar Factory

Arkel International,Inc.  1981.  The Kenana Sugar Project is no ordinary sugar project, and the factory is by no means an ordinary sugar factory. The raw sugar factory is essentially a combination of two separate tandems capable of grinding 8,500 tonnes of cane per 22-hour day, together with a 40-mw powerhouse and a complete sulfitation and carbonatation refinery.
