The Influence of Non-Sugar in Crusher Juice on Low Grade Ratio

Binueza, J.M.  1974.  High non-sugar content in crusher juice, poor sanitation and clarification performance, destruction of sugar during heating and/or evaporation of juice, high purity of low sugar massecuite and low purity low grade sugar have adverse effect in increasing the quantity of the materials to be handled at the low grade station. These tend to decrease the over-all boiling house capacity or decrease retention time of the massecuite at the crystallizer station. “The Influence of Non-Sugar in Crusher Juice on Low Grade Ratio”.
