Evaporator Performance at Talisay-Silay

     Sto. Domingo, J.P. 1954.  Analysis of the evaporator performance at Talisay-Silay during the last three crop years revealed significant facts that influence evaporator efficiency. The evaporation rates attained in 1953-54 crop was significantly higher compared to those of the 1951-52 and 1952-53 crops due to the correction of the distribution of the incoming juice in the evaporators.
