The Philippine Association of Sugar Refiners, a non-stock, non profit organization, was formed in 1997 and whose membership refines more than 70% of total Philippine capacity.
The Philippine Sugar Technologists Association is focused on technology exchange, standardization agreements, cost reduction and productivity measures, and farming system development.
The Sugar Industry Foundation, Inc. is the socio-economic development arm of the sugar industry. It promotes and undertakes livelihood programs and projects for the benefit of the sugar workers and their families, as well as of the sugar industry.
The Philippine Sugar Research Institute Foundation, Inc. (Philsurin) is a privately funded and administered foundation established in late 1995. Its major thrusts are:
1. Massive dispersal of high yielding varieties;
2. Soil fertility improvement;
3. Reduction of losses due to pests and diseases; 
4. Training of farmers in updated cultural practices;

The Department of Agriculture is the principal agency of the Philippine government responsible for the promotion of agricultural development growth. In pursuit of this, it provides the policy framework, helps direct public investments, and in partnership with local government units (LGUs) provides the support services necessary to make agriculture and agri-based enterprises profitable and to help spread the benefits of development to the poor, particularly those in rural areas.  
The Sugar Regulatory Administration is a government agency that provides regulatory and extension services, as well as R & D technologies to sugar industry stakeholders. It ensures economic viability of sugar production & maintains a stable, sufficient supply of quality sugar in the Philippines.

The Philippine Business for the Environment is a non-stock, non-profit organization assisting Philippine business to address its environmental issues and meet its environmental possibilities.
The Federation of Philippine Industries, Inc. attends to very important areas of concern such as policy issues, trade policies and procedures, duty free and retail trade, agriculture and labor and employment.
The Philippine Exporters Confederation, Inc. is concerned with export trade promotions, information collection and dissemination, policy research advocacy, and research training assistance.
The Foundation for Resource Linkage and Development, Inc. provides support services for agriculture and agro-industry development through its various projects such as market linkages, market information dissemination and market promotion.
